What is the process for the shipping, cleaning and returning of items?

We offer two options for the handling of shipping, cleaning and returning of items. Self-Service and Warehouse Concierge Service. Each one offers additional Add-Ons to make the process even more convenient. Whether you have just a few items that you want to rent or an overstuffed closet full of treasures that can create a new stream of income, there’s an option that’s perfect for you.   • Self Service: You handle everything yourself, including photographing and listing the items, as well as shipping. We provide a simple step-by-step guide to make it all easier for you. 

  • Add-On: A Louvelle Rep comes to your home, takes photos of your items and uploads them to the app with all the information required for each item.  

  • Warehouse Concierge Service: Louvelle manages your items in our secure warehouse in Virginia. From the warehouse, we handle everything from dry cleaning to shipping, renter liaison to inventory management.

    • Add-On: A Louvelle Rep comes to your home and sends your items securely to our warehouse. At the warehouse, we photograph and upload your items to the Louvelle app. You don’t have to lift a finger!

NOTE: All items must be cleaned before sending; otherwise, dry cleaning fees will apply. Add-On Services are available in select cities.
